Who we are...

Elba (SL) Ltd is a multi-sector investment company, which promotes and contributes to private sector growth.

Through partnerships with the public sector, other private sector organisations, development partners and communities, we use a collaborative and long-term approach to meet our objectives. We have interests in the Agriculture, Education, Financial Services, Human Resources, Manufacturing, Security and Tourism Sectors.

The satisfaction of our employees and customers is central to everything we do.

Through our Business Connect and Better Business initiatives, we conduct research and deliver demand-driven solutions to MSMEs, such as information exchange and learning and opportunies and business development services in the areas of Financial, People and Risk Management. These solutions are delivered through events, training and digital communication.

The AfriCaribbean Festival

The AfriCaribbean Music Festival is a week-long annual Afro-Caribbean experience, held in Freetown, Sierra Leone. This exquisite festival is the ultimate two for one special, as patrons can check Africa off their bucket list, while enjoying the culture with tours to historical sites, and partying the Caribbean way at eight fun-filled afro-soca events.
